Malcolm has 40 years’ experience in banking and finance and works across international, institutional, business and mortgage finance, from working capital facilities through to commercial property and construction lending. He also serves as Creditline’s Internal Disputes Resolution Manager, investigating client concerns and responding in writing — a role that reflects the standard of service the firm has held itself to since 1979.
