What does “unaligned” actually mean for me?
It means we’re not obliged to put you with any particular lender. We hold accreditations with an extensive network of financiers, including Australia’s leading financial institutions, and we match your needs to the lender that specialises in your situation. Because of the volume and quality of the loan submissions we put to those lenders, we can often access rates and terms better than what’s publicly advertised.
What types of finance do you arrange?
Four main areas:
- Business finance — working capital, business acquisitions and expansions, and debtor and stock finance
- Mortgage finance — commercial and industrial property, owner-occupied residential, investment property, construction, land subdivisions, and full business banking proposals or refinancing
- Plant and equipment finance
- Motor vehicle finance
What equipment can you finance?
A wide range: transport vehicles, earthmoving and mining machinery, manufacturing and industrial plant, medical and dental equipment, hospitality and agricultural equipment, office furniture and fittings, aircraft, boats, and even artwork. Structures available include leasing, hire purchase, rental, chattel mortgage, letter of credit, lease in escrow and progress payment packages. Terms run up to 7 years, with or without a residual, and you can buy from a dealer or privately.
What are my options for financing a vehicle?
We arrange corporate hire purchase, chattel mortgage, lease, novated lease, fully maintained operating lease and consumer lease agreements. We finance new and used vehicles, including prestige and collectable cars, with our most competitive rates available on new cars up to 4 years old. Terms extend up to 5 years, with or without residuals, through either a dealer or a private sale. Vehicle finance particularly suits people who are self-employed or salary packaged.
Which industries do you work with?
Manufacturing, transport, agriculture, hospitality, medical and dental, aviation, marine and mining, among others. Our clients range from sole traders and small businesses through to large private and public companies, professional groups and government bodies right across Australia.
